Terrorists camp can't cope with Bubonic Plague. They don't have the basic medical logistics to handle mini-epidemics; i.e. basic antibiotics.

Now al-Qaeda chiefs fear the plague has been passed to other terror cells — or Taliban fighters in Afghanistan.
