Data for Iraq/Afghan Troop Strength

Well this is driving me nuts. Does anyone know where I can get a graph of the number of Soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan, by month, since the start of hostilities in each country? (Links would be appreciated). It amazes me that I've just googled away at this for 30 minutes and the only thing that I've found is a chart of raw data from the Brookings Institute that I cannot delimit into Excel.

Preferred charts:
Iraq:
x-axis - month (from Mar 2003, or earlier, to present)
y-axis - number of US Soldiers in Iraq

Afghanistan
x-axis - month (from 2001 to present)
y-axis - number of US Soldiers in Afghanistan

On a related note, I stumbled upon lots of anti-war charts created in 2006 that attempted to compare Iraq to Vietnam. It's nice to see how wrong they were.

Try this for Iraq. I can't vouch for its accuracy. The Afghanistan version isn't as convenient, but may be useful to you.
