Jedburg, you hit the nail on the head about LE Intell systems everyone uses their own system making it hard for people to exchange information. I am semi-retired but it was a problem when I was on the street.

Could a moderator maybe close or lock this forum? It's obviously created a large discussion concerning SIPR and OPSEC, classified/secret/non secret, bla bla bla. I've found the information that I needed, a brief that came off SIPR classified as secret, all able to be found via internet and published FMs....I won't mention the issues discussed, obviuosly to not start an up roar over haji checking out SWJ.com and finding out how we conduct ops...he already knows anyway.
