Today I needed to find a thread for the following post and found there was no consolidated thread on United Nations / UN peacekeeping, even if that function has somewhat changed of late to a more peace enforcement or even a counter-insurgency function.

This thread combines several old threads and a few SWJ Blog posts.

The Cruz Report by a Brazilian General with experience with the UN in peacekeeping has caused a few ripples and this previously unknown website has several commentaries.
