Does anyone know who is the POC for Haiti at SOUTHCOM in Miami? My son is working with a company that has a facility in Haiti and thousands of generators and equipment in southeast US. They are not having much luck getting through to any one. I also have a list of English-French-Creole speakers I was preparing for another program. Just cannot find who to contact...
