Another nuclear threat being uttered by an official Russian rep. At some point the West has to take a stand on the nuclear question---is MAD any longer a valid concept in the 21st century???

And the West truly thinks it can negotiate with Putin right now?--there is no basis of trust any longer in whatever he states and or does.

It is about time the West starts defining and stating it's maximum demands for Putin to come back into the conversation.
