It was said by president of Ukraine Petro Poproshenko, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

“I was just told that immediate talks in the Normandy format are planned by telephone,” he said at the end of a meeting with chief of law-enforcement agencies of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

The president added: “We pay and must pay special attention to the process of de-escalation of the conflict in the east and coordination of our actions with our partners and the pro-Ukrainian coalition.”
