Towards the end of WWII they did the same thing in Manchuria and parts of Eastern Europe. The Russians have always been about rape, pillage and burn. They committed tens of thousands of rapes in WWII, and pillaged anything of value in the areas they occupied. Hey, but at least they were liberated
