Robert Pape, author of Dying to Win: The Strategic Logic of Suicide Terrorism and Bombing to Win:Air Power and Coercion in War and the director of the Chicago Project on Security and Terrorism has asked for my help to find some individuals with recent experience in fighting the Taliban, who would be willing to talk about tribal engagement, and COIN. This could be done on deep background, if preferred.

He is not very computer minded, which is why I am posting this request instead of him. He will likely prefer to make a phone call, or other such thing. If you are actually in Afghanistan and would like to talk via Skype, or other VOIP, I can probably set that up.
