Default Umar Patek 'Demolition Man'

The arrest of this suspect was noted IIRC here, mainly due to the location:
Quote:
..the 2002 Bali bombings that killed some 202 people. Captured just over a year ago in Abbotabad....
Now Raffaello Pantucci in an ICSR article sets out to:
Quote:
...a figure within a terrorist network and use him as a case study for examination of different roles such individuals can play.

Some nice twists are presented, notably was Patek visiting OBL?

Other sources: the BBC on the trial opening:http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-17008398 and the SWC thread 'Mainly terrorism in Indonesia: catch all':http://council.smallwarsjournal.com/...read.php?t=737
