Default Powerful Peace; A Navy SEALís Lessons on Peace from a Lifetime at War

Robert Du Bois, a SWC member, has written this book 'Powerful Peace; A Navy SEAL’s Lessons on Peace from a Lifetime at War', which is due for publication in October 2011 and is available for pre-order on Amazon.

Rob's own words:
Quote:
Powerful Peace is a shot across the bow of the ignorance and misunderstanding that underlie conflict. No culture, creed or color on earth desires to live in fear or insecurity, and yet none of us takes full advantage of the peacemaking potential in deeper understanding. Because solutions are discovered through sharing, we’ll establish a global forum for sharing. Please join us. Lend your voice and hands today to the peace, happiness and security of our children’s future children.
This is the shortest and maybe a strange review:
Quote:
When I was reading Powerful Peace I felt like I was hearing the Dalai Lama, crossed with a badass Navy SEAL, and with a little Monty Python mixed in.

Heard from Robert PM today, the publication date has been brought forward to June 2012 due to the interest shown and advance orders.

There also a book tour planned, which methinks will follow a rather different route to the normal and updates are on:http://powerfulpeace.wordpress.com/2...e-accelerated/
