Will Mr. Karzai be in Afghanistan after his term of office expires at the end of 2014?
(I have been unable to identify the actual date)?
Now that would be an interesting bet to place in Kabul only!
At first I made the mistake of assuming Karzai was referring to his porous borders and the ISI.

Then I read the article. Karzai is going to need more than a fleet of drones to make Afghanistan "be a safer place"...

I was going to say that Afghanistan will quite likely indeed be a safer country -for some, but for whom? Mr. Karzai will ponder about that too.

General Ludwig Beck (1880-1944);
Speech at the Kriegsakademie, 1935
No doubt all parties involved will have twelve months to work that out. I have my metrics set for 2013, anyone know the number for the betting office in Kabul?
