I await your review on Millar's "Eye for an Eye".
Moran does cover the essentials in the fourth chapter 'Moods'. Can't cut and paste the section from Kindle to here with any ease. (sure the publisher wouldn't mind the advertising)
But this is worth typing out:

Miller has 19 references to 'surrender'. Next time.
