Again - your fixation on Russia as an irrational actor is a serious error. Russia has the motive, means, and opportunity, and it has responded in ways predicated by numerous Russia analysts - yet you keep insisting that Russia's behavior somehow cannot be understood. Moreover, you push for more confrontational policies with the assumption that it will compel Russia to behave in a desired manner even after arguing that Russia is irrational.
