This is about the sixth incident in the last two months being reported by the Ukrainian government backed up by photos and or videos fully supporting the Russian mercenaries and or troops when they are suppose to be "neutral observers".
The OSCE has been largely undermined by countries that actually support Russia due to gas deals and or money is flowing to their political parties.
