Karasin, Nuland due to speak on Minsk agreements' fulfillment on phone on Monday (Part 2)

MOSCOW. July 20 (Interfax) - Russian State Secretary, Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin has said he will discuss the progress of the fulfillment of the Minsk agreements with U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland on the phone later on Monday.

"Yes, the contact will take place. We plan to get in touch with her on the phone tonight," Karasin told Interfax, answering a question as to when he was due to have contact with Nuland.

The senior Russian diplomat said that the implementation of the Minsk agreements would be discussed in the telephone conversation.

"Whatever field we take there are problems which are so far being resolved with great difficulty," Karasin said.

"These are constitutional reform, a whole set of political issues, demilitarization of Shyrokyne, which is another problem, the state of affairs along the contact line, which is also a problem directly related to security, humanitarian affairs, delivery and distribution of humanitarian aid, and economic rehabilitation of southeastern Ukraine. All of this is very important," the Russian deputy foreign minister said.

"These are a set of issues on which a lot can and should be said," he said. "Yet in addition to speaking one should also be acting."
After the unilateral pressure placed on the Ukraine to pass a "special status" bill which they did we got a massive "false flag" shelling of multiple cities and towns across the front lines.

notice the unilateral move was not reciprocal.

Then we get the mercenaries announcing they are withdrawing all 100mm weapons are less from the front lines--WHY they want the UA to unilateral disarm --right now the US has largely no responded with heavy artillery when massively fired on and their heavy weapons are for the most part still in storage areas.

Right now the UA has been actually successful in fending off Russian ground attacks with their 100mm or less weapons using 82mm mortars, RPGs and AGL. They call when necessary for artillery strikes when the shellings get to intense.

BUT the 100mm weapons that were pulled back only went 1.5kms still within their maximum effective ranges.

So the UA has not disarmed much to the anger of the Russian and her mercenaries.

BTW--there is still ongoing heavy artillery shelling the UA positions--so the loudly announced withdrawal by both Russia and her mercenaries was simply a bold lie.
