Biden, Kerry and Nuland are all attempting to blackmail Ukraine into accepting a so called "Russian proposal" for Minsk 2....basically telling Ukraine to surrender to all Russian demands "IN ODER TO GET A LEGACY WIN FOR OBAMA before the elections ALL under the guise of making it easy for the incoming US President....

Ukraine is resisting as they know they cannot get the entire Ukrainian civil society to buy in after TWO full years of Russian investigated war and an invasion of eastern Ukraine.....

BUT THE US just keeps on trying to blackmail them......
