    WHILE the Obama WH cannot make up their minds on Syria...Putin has made tactical nuclear missile moves that basically eliminated the INF AND YET Obama says not a single word...

    Putin can now in effect threaten nuclear wise Warsaw, Berlin, Prague and the Baltics...not counting Sweden, Norway, Finland....AND still no comments from Obama and company....within TWO minutes from launch time.....
