The Russian AF seems these days to have a serious problem in their ability to simply turn on their transponders...none in the Baltics..none in the areas area Ukraine and certainly none in Syria...and none in the Black Sea.....

Maybe the Swiss checked the #Russian government plane because it partly blocked transponder data. According to @flightradar24 it did.
