Kind of undermines the public statements by both Russia and Turkey that they are the guarantors of the so called "ceasefire"....

Same exact Russian sleight of hand as with the Ukrainian Minsk 2 ceasefire that they have never implemented a single point of the 11 points ....and still average 30-55 attacks a day on UAF positions
