    All #Russian army addl. UAVs has been marked as repaired / malfunctioning prior deployment to #Luhansk Army 2nd corp

    Confirms that the Russian military industrial complex cannot build and deploy mil quality UAVs to the field.....in large numbers....and cannot maintain them when deployed
