    The Russian bank that Kushner actually met with via help from the Russian US ambassador is basically bankrupt and is totally financed now by the Russian government so any loans he wanted would have directly from the OK of Putin....

    Another point: VEB is factually in bankruptcy. All financing through VEB is basically a subsidy from the RUS government
