It is a slim volume, with 68 pgs and Tony Blair adds an introduction cited in part:

The volume is edited by Professor Bruce Hoffman, whose introduction is IMHO a good read.

There are two SME I know, having read or heard them: Jamie Bartlett and Sir John Jenkins. Anyway I have yet to read all the contributions.

Now whether there are 'new approaches' is a moot point. More engagement, more places just may be.
