I got the call sign Uboat several years ago when I was in the 509th. I nearly drowned in a rain swollen creek. My call sign was latter changed to Titanic but I prefer Uboat.

I've been Armor 31, Hotel 5, Dragon 31, Alpha 16-Tango, Steel 2, then (different "Dragon unit) Dragon 1, Dragon Wrench, Dragon 6, and Dragon Camera (don't ask) and then in yet another "Dragon" unit, was Dragon 3A and Dragon 2A.
Just can't escape the "Dragon" call sign...

My favorite was a wrecker called "Camel Tow." One day I heard the following transmission over the radio:
Guy #1: Hey were still waiting on wrecker support here what's going on?
Guy #2: Camel Tow is stuck!
Guy #1: Say again?
Guy #2: Roger, the Camel Tow is stuck, we're trying to pull it out!
(proper radio etiquette omitted for clarity)
I was "Strike 2" for a while in Korea...better than "Strike 3"...
