B.W. I would add that all of the above could be going on at the same time, plus plain old criminal activity in the Target Area of an Undeclared War. All the above are just combinations of Stabilizing or Destabilizing operations or as Wilf says Combat or Security OPs. I just don't see any benefit in to breaking them down into so many categories? You are still going to do 2 primary things Stabilize the innocent and Destabilize the Illegals or (in Love language hunt them down and cut their Wangles off and they will stop that foolishness or train/help them(innocent population) to do it.)
