This isn't *our* journal, but from time to time they do have some gems. Requires a subscription, which some of you should be able to access through local libraries (college, service school, or others). Note that there's an article co-authored by John Nagl in this issue.

Personally, although it does publish some good pieces as a quarterly journal, I've seen it all-too-often publish pieces that are simply rehashes by the same author of articles they've already published elsewhere. Not enough insightful, original content for the price. When there is something really worthwhile in there, you can usually hunt it down without needing the subscription.
Just my biased opinion.
but try Googling the article you want and see if you can download for free. I got one that way....
