I take it that this is most likely a copycat workplace killing of what happened at Ford Hood?

It's already saddening enough that somelike this already happened at Fort Hood but it's even worse to see copycat acts.

I don't think one had anything to do with the other. The Fort Hood incident was Jihad. The Orlando incident was economic revenge.

Workplace shootings. I don't think people who are crazy worry about the nuances. Kind of like the school shootings - it wasn't the motivation that mattered; it was the action of shooting up a school that was mimicked.

Motivation matters. Mimicked shootings are usually gunfights.
