The objective of the Dual Status Commanderís Handbook is to provide a resource to potential Dual Status Commanders and their staffs for the establishment, organization, and execution of a Title 10/32 JTF. This Handbook represents the first step towards an authoritative Dual Status Commanderís Handbook. The next step in the development of the Handbook is conducting a comprehensive staffing with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs)
