This is a warfare simulator with updated expansion mods that have been used by defense analysts at various think tanks and War Is Boring (Kyle Mizokami).

Thoughts? I'm thinking of purchasing to field test various NATO vs. Russia and US vs. China scenarios...

AFAIK, this game was originally developed from Harpoon, which in turn was developed by Larry Bond (and then furthered by Tom Clancy), back in the late 1980s and through 1990s.

If it retains at least 10% of the original game-play - and there is no reason to have doubts about this - it can only be recommended.
