Default Conference in Basra demanding Iraqi blacks' civil rights

Quote:
The Movement of Free Iraqis in Basra demanded through a conference on Monday to consider black Iraqis as an oppressed social category, to legislate laws that confront racial discrimination, and to rehabilitate this category economically and to compensate this category's personnel so that they can catch big transformation opportunities that they had previously missed, according to the movement's deputy secretary general.
