    And don't forget Sykes!

Well, I'm not OLD (despite the fact that I'm mostly grey already) and I have at least a couple of Fairbairn's pieces. In the RCR our marksmanship and weapons handling training was still called the "Shoot to Live" Program.

I wonder if the Shanghai Municipal Police are anything like their 1930's forebears?

Ya know, this all takes me back to POW handling training...aahhh, good times, good times.

And I just remembered, I've got one of Applegate's works too!

It's funny how just about everyone posting on this thread is either an infantryman, a police officer, or both. Hmmm.

Check this out a Polish SWAT team to the tune of Jan Hammer- Miami Vice 2006. This was supposed to be in the movie as the updated Crockett's theme but it was cut somehow. Anyway turn it up!

I have watched this show a couple of times and it seems pretty good. Tonight the episode is going to deal with the generations of gangs. I saw a short promo about a banger that was bragging about how his grandfather was in the gang, his father was in the gang and now he is in the gang.

Slap, I know its been a long time since I worked the booking counter and longer since I did anything remotely looking like police work, but dang isn't this a "duh!" kind of moment? Of course PGW1 (err Persian Gulf War 1) found me working lots of extra hours as those reserve officers all got snatched up for normal duty. Target them for call up? Interesting.

    Default Question and lesson learnt?

    Slap,

I am not sure who needs the counselling, the wife, girlfriend or singer? Salutary reminder domestic violence is not always male upon female.
