Romney/Ryan do not appear to have foreign political interests or competence, save for Romney being known to appreciate France a bit and being an anti_Russian Cold Warrior (probably just to distract from China, as donors may be disinterested in conflict there).

The foreign and national policy advisors are probably what one should look at. They appear to have coined all U.S. foreign policies ever since Clinton left office and will certainly fill up the blank policy sheets of R/R if they win.
