Diderot's Small Wars en Français

Many of you may have heard of Denis Diderot and his many volumes of Encyclopedia he fought to get published in the mid-18th Century. The military entries are interesting. For instance, there is an entry for "Petite-Guerre" or Small War, written by "Q" the psuedo for Guillame Le Blond who wrote many of the articles regarding military affairs.

I posted my translation of his entry on my web page (I refuse to use the word "blog") at: http://jayhawkerslogbook.blogspot.com/ today. I also have a small bit about the context and the impact. It is very revealing in some ways about the subject we are all interested in. Appreciate comments from any and all.
