Amazing to think that the USAREUR trained the commands staffs of the 15th Russian Peacekeeping Bde and some of their BN staffs in "peacekeeping operations" in Germany in 2012 and again in 2013 --the 2012 training was a Russian special request and had to be conducted urgently/quickly--their core focus was on how the Us handled logistics in a peacekeeping operation.

Some Army officers questioned the reasons behind the Russian request but got overruled and the training was provided.

So today just where in eastern Ukraine has the 15th parked itself as their special marked vehicles have in fact been spotted a number of times since August.

Russia already has two highly experienced "peacekeeping mission" Generals on the ground, inside Ukraine: Lentsov and Vyaznikov.

Heads up White House, and the NSC as well as the French and German leaders---the Russian "peacekeepers" are coming far faster than you can blink your eyes and before the UN can act and Russia will argue using the Kosovo model.

Anyone now willing in the West to call it the annexation of eastern Ukraine?

Couple this development with the 15th Brigade already in Donbas and you know where Putin is headed---all there to see and understand but does the West "get it"?
