Not sure exactly what the WH strategy is for Russia and the Ukraine but if one reads through the following Russian mercenary comments and Russian comments Minsk 2 is dead in the water and the fighting will continue.
IE Russian continues to claim "it ain't us and we have nothing to do with the fighting".
So again just what was that Russian strategy mentioned by the WH in their just published NSS? Right now maybe the WH should be rethinking "we do not delivery defensive lethal aid to the Ukraine".
After all of these comments today out of Europe absolutely not a single comment from this WH or the NSC---total silence.

Seems the DNR “leader” did not get the word out to his GRAD units as this came in long after he made his announcement. Remember those same GRAD units “claimed they were killing Nazi’s not children on a playground at school.
