Interesting if actually true--second complete swap out of mercenary leadership AND both of them signed the Minsk 1 and 2 agreements--does this mean the new mercenary leadership will not recognize Minsk 2 because the new leaders did not sign it---- therefore the need for a Minsk 3 ?????

Typical Russian delay tactics in fulfilling any agreement and or the attempt to get a better new deal ie a new contact line as the old line in Minsk 1 is actually repeated in Minsk 2 and the territory the mercenaries have taken after Feb 2015 is not recognized as such-plus Russia has been trying to get rid of the Ukrainian run and under Ukrainian law elections as foreseen in Minsk 2.
